On June 27, 2026, I had the pleasure of facilitating a professional learning session with middle and senior leaders from schools across Dubai and Ajman through EduEnhance. We explored practical systems that schools can put in place from the start of the year to reduce the stress surrounding inspections and, more importantly, strengthen teaching, learning, and school improvement.

A Brief Introduction
I'm Blanca Rosa Hindle, a first-generation American and the daughter of Cuban immigrants who taught me early on that education is how a family changes its future. By sharing their experiences, my parents inculcated in me the belief that you can lose all your worldly possessions, but your education can be carried anywhere in the world.
I grew up in Miami and dedicated nearly 25 years to its public schools, first as a teacher of the Gifted and later through my work with the Education Transformation Office and Division of Academics to drive school improvement. In January 2023, I brought that approach to Dubai at Clarion School as Head of Teaching and Learning. In December 2024, I became Principal, where I had the honor of leading the school until its closure in July 2026. I now lead education futures and innovation, turning over one question in particular: how do schools stay deeply human while preparing children for a world none of us can fully predict?
I'm also a wife and a mother of three, and after all these years, I'm still a relentless learner.
